DRIVE - Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Conduct regular follow‑ups to understand client needs and gather feedback.

Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for hotel services.

Support sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Respond to inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Prepare sales reports and maintain client database.

Represent the hotel at events and industry functions.
Requirements:

Sales Coordinator seeking 6 months’ training to become a Sales Executive.

Relevant certification in sales or a related field.

Relevant experience in a similar role.

Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
