DRIVE - Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups to understand client needs and gather feedback.

  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities for hotel services.

  • Support sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain client database.

  • Represent the hotel at events and industry functions.

Requirements:

  • Sales Coordinator seeking 6 months’ training to become a Sales Executive.

  • Relevant certification in sales or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
