DRIVE – Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with travel agents and wholesale partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring performance excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Sales Executive seeking 6 months’ training to become a Sales Manager.
  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
