DRIVE – Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with travel agents and wholesale partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring performance excellence.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to remain competitive.
- Collaborate closely with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Sales Executive seeking 6 months’ training to become a Sales Manager.
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
