Banquet Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute banquet events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate functions, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Lead, train, and supervise banquet staff to deliver excellent service and maintain smooth event operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service teams, and vendors to ensure timely food and beverage service and proper event setup.
- Manage event setup and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment throughout the event.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
