Restaurant & Bar Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience.
  • Lead and motivate the service team to maintain excellent standards in hospitality and food & beverage service.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability and compliance with hotel standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and service quality, implementing improvements to enhance overall dining satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
