Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and support on-duty staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
  • Monitor safety, security, and service quality to uphold brand standards and guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
