Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily hotel operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and emergencies to maintain high guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and support on-duty staff, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and service quality to uphold brand standards and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
