Assistant Reservations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure accurate and timely bookings.
  • Monitor room availability, optimize occupancy, and implement rate strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Supervise and support the reservations team, ensuring high standards of customer service and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align availability, promotions, and guest requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
