Assistant IT Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop and manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

• Supervise and support IT staff while providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation handling to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers on IT-related contracts, maintenance, upgrades, and new technology implementations.

• Monitor system performance, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with company IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.

• Relevant experience in similar role.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
