Assistant IT Manager
Job Responsibilities:

Lead, develop and manage the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software, ensuring reliable and secure operations.

Supervise and support IT staff while providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation handling to minimize downtime.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers on IT-related contracts, maintenance, upgrades, and new technology implementations.

Monitor system performance, prepare management reports, and ensure compliance with company IT policies, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Relevant certification in a related field.

Relevant experience in similar role.
