Banquet Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute banquet events such as weddings, conferences, and corporate functions, ensuring all client requirements are met.

  • Lead, train, and supervise banquet staff to deliver excellent service and maintain smooth event operations.

  • Coordinate with kitchen, service teams, and vendors to ensure timely food and beverage service and proper event setup.

  • Manage event setup and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment throughout the event.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.

  • Relevant experience in similar role.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
