F&B Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage service outlets, ensuring adherence to service and brand standards to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and develop the performance of service team members through training, coaching, and implementation of effective service procedures and SOPs.
- Manage service operations efficiently within budgeted guidelines, ensuring smooth coordination with the kitchen and other departments.
- Ensure full compliance with halal practices, food safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
Requirements:
