F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage, maintaining Food & Beverage and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
  • Managing the performance of the team members: designing, implementing and monitoring the impact of training (including Food & Beverage systems and guest service procedures) for all Food & Beverage team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Food & Beverage operation.
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and proactively come up with innovative ways to enrich guests’ dining experience.
  • Manage F&B operations within budgeted guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with halal practices, food health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.

  • Relevant experience in similar role.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
