Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily preparation of food items, ensuring dishes are consistently cooked and presented to quality standards.

Execute recipes and directions provided by the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef accurately.

Keep the kitchen clean, well-organized, and ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.

Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Provide support to the kitchen team for banquets, events, and regular service operations.

Take initiative in developing culinary knowledge and skills through guidance from senior chefs.
Requirements:

Relevant certification in a related field.

Relevant experience in similar role.
-
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
