Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily preparation of food items, ensuring dishes are consistently cooked and presented to quality standards.

  • Execute recipes and directions provided by the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef accurately.

  • Keep the kitchen clean, well-organized, and ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients.

  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.

  • Provide support to the kitchen team for banquets, events, and regular service operations.

  • Take initiative in developing culinary knowledge and skills through guidance from senior chefs.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.

  • Relevant experience in similar role.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
