Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in health and safety of kitchen operations.
  • Assisting the Head Chef in food hygiene & halal practices.
  • Managing and training any Commis Chefs.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.

  • Relevant experience in similar role.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
