Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
- Assisting the Head Chef in health and safety of kitchen operations.
- Assisting the Head Chef in food hygiene & halal practices.
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs.
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
Requirements:

Relevant certification in a related field.

Relevant experience in similar role.
