Telephone Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly, courteously, and professionally while ensuring accurate call transfers and message delivery.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, wake-up calls, and requests, providing clear information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and communication are handled efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality, proper communication etiquette, and compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
