Telephone Operator
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly, courteously, and professionally while ensuring accurate call transfers and message delivery.
- Assist guests with inquiries, wake-up calls, and requests, providing clear information about hotel services and facilities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure guest requests and communication are handled efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality, proper communication etiquette, and compliance with hotel standards and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
