Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, handling luggage promptly and courteously.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities and services, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
  • Deliver messages, packages, and other guest items efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge teams to provide excellent guest service and support overall hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
