Bellman
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, handling luggage promptly and courteously.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explain hotel facilities and services, and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other guest items efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Concierge teams to provide excellent guest service and support overall hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
