Concierge

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guests with accurate information and assistance on hotel services, local attractions, dining options, and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate reservations for restaurants, tours, and activities to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Assist with guest requests such as luggage handling, courier services, and special arrangements in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Maintain strong communication with all departments to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.
  • Relevant experience in similar role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
