Club Lounge Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring excellent service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the Club Lounge team to deliver personalized and professional service to Executive Floor and VIP guests.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth lounge operations and consistent guest experience.
- Monitor inventory, manage reports, and implement service improvements to maintain efficiency and uphold hotel standards.
Requirements:
