Club Lounge Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring excellent service quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the Club Lounge team to deliver personalized and professional service to Executive Floor and VIP guests.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping departments to ensure smooth lounge operations and consistent guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory, manage reports, and implement service improvements to maintain efficiency and uphold hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • Relevant certification in a related field.

  • Relevant experience in similar role.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
